Abigail Fer (she/her)

Abigail was born and raised in Iowa. She earned her BA in History at the University of Northern Iowa where she served as an SI leader and peer mentor, which inspired her to pursue a career in student affairs. She earned an MA in History at Minnesota State University, Mankato, specializing in British-India imperial history and the Enlightenment. At ALTC, Abigail enjoys mentoring tutors and empowering students to build confidence in their own abilities. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, comedy, and marching in Mardi Gras parades.
