Biography

Arielle is a PhD student in Biomedical Engineering, where she serves as a research assistant in the lab of Dr. Green.  She has previously earned her Bachelors in Biomedical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI) and her Masters in Bioengineering from Texas Tech University.  Throughout her academic career, she has served as a teacher and mentor to undergraduate students via teaching assistantships, mentoring programs, and research assistantships.  These experiences have led her to be very passionate about the role that mentorship plays in students' lives during their undergraduate careers.  Outside of work and school, you will most likely find Arielle at the gym (self-proclaimed gym rat) or doing some form of recreational activity.  Other hobbies she enjoys are painting, attending concerts, playing rugby, and dancing.
